Rotary International (R.I) was established on 23rd February 1905 by Rtn. Paul Harris along with his three business friends and has grown today to over 1.4 million members across 200+ countries spread over 46,000+ clubs, under 530+ Rotary districts in 17 Zones. R.I. District 3190 is one such district covering the geographical areas under revenue districts of Bengaluru Rural, Bengaluru Urban, Chikkaballapura, Kolar, Mandya, Ramanagara, and Tumakuru in Karnataka and Tirupathi and Chittoor in Andhra Pradesh. Currently, R.I. District 3190 has over 6700+ members spread over 160+ clubs. The clubs either with the support of the Rotary Foundation or Corporates in their community facilitate service projects for the benefit of the community.
Rotary Club of Bengaluru AGARA (RBA) Chartered on the 24th of June 2022 started with 23+ members from various professional fields who are residing in the Silicion City of Bengaluru and are actively taking part in various services projects envisioned by Rotary International. from the Rotary Year 2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25. Rotary Bengaluru Agara comes under the Rotary Charter District 3191.
